What a licence covers

A company licence covers unlimited employees at the one organization whose email domain was purchased. A seat purchase covers the number of employees whose seats were paid for.

• Seats are assigned by work email domain: each employee takes the training under their own company address.
• A purchase made with a personal address, such as a Gmail or Outlook mailbox, covers that named individual only.
• Access stays open while the licence or subscription is active, and closes when it ends.

Your records and certificates

A passing score issues a certificate in the employee’s name with a verification code any employer can check. Organization administrators can export the completion records for their own domain.

Records are kept after access ends so a certificate that has been issued can still be verified.

Acceptable use

• One person per seat: accounts, scores and certificates may not be shared between people.
• Do not copy, resell, redistribute or republish the chapter content, the questions or the certificates.
• Do not attempt to scrape, reverse engineer or bypass the knowledge check, the seat limits or the licence checks.

Content and accuracy

The training summarises widely recognised security practice and public regulatory expectations. Regulations and guidance change, so chapters are updated from time to time and the material you see may differ from an earlier version.

The training is educational. It is not legal advice, it does not create a compliance certification, and it does not replace your own policies, contracts, or the advice of your counsel.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the training available continuously but may take it offline briefly for maintenance. These terms may be updated; the version published here at the time of your visit applies.
