AI security training for the people who use AI at work
AI Security Shield is an employee training platform for the safe use of artificial intelligence at work. It pairs a plain-language study guide — eleven short chapters covering what may go into a model, which tools are approved, how to review AI output, when an agent needs authorization, and what to do when something looks wrong — with a scored knowledge test that confirms each employee understood it.
The app is built for organizations that have adopted AI tools faster than they have adopted rules for them: security and compliance teams who need documented awareness training, managers who need to see who has completed it, and individual employees who simply want to know where the line is before they paste something into a chatbot. Company licenses cover a whole work email domain, and smaller teams can buy individual seats.
Every passing attempt issues a certificate with a public verification code, so an employer, auditor, or customer can confirm a completion without trusting a screenshot. Progress is saved to the signed-in account, so a reader can start on one device and finish on another.
It is built and maintained by DataWater, a company that works on data protection and applied security. The training is written to align with recognized frameworks, including the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, CISA guidance, and SOC 2 expectations, and it does not replace an organization’s own policies or legal advice.
